Mind- develop focus, clarity, resilience, agility, and stability.
Body- strength, flexibility, relaxation, optimal weight, healthy digestion/microbiome, improved sleep.
Heart- Cultivate emotional wellbeing, reduce the effects of stress and anxiety, balance the nervous system, improve relationships.
Format- We start with a chemistry meeting, normally followed by a lifestyle assessment and one follow-up session, or series of 6 sessions.
Methods- We use Firstbeat HRV advanced performance analytics to asses key components of your wellbeing- sleep and recovery patterns, nutrition, stress, exercise, and emotional/social wellbeing.
New client special- Wellbeing Assessment £175 (normally £225)
includes chemistry meeting, Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment, and 1 coaching session (90 minutes in total)
Additional Coaching is available as single or 6-series sessions.
